PETS HEALTH AND INSURANCE:

Pet's health is not only important for the pet & the pet owner but also to the society they are living in. Each year almost 1 million persons bitten by dogs or cats or small pets & require medical attention. Children & Adults should never approach an unfamiliar animal.

How can you keep your pet healthy?
• Once you adopt a pet from pet adoption shelter or from a pet breeder, have your pet's health checked by a veterinarian. Purchase a Pet Health Insurance to off set medical bills
• Keep your pet healthy by visiting a veterinarian's office regularly, schedule shots and treatment for worms. Since the cost of veterinary care may not be within everyone's reach, the local animal shelter or humane society may have information about low-cost clinics or look into purchasing pet insurance.
• Take care of your pet by feeding a balanced diet and do not allow pets to eat raw food or drink out of the toilet.
• Clean your pet's living area at least once a week. Bury the feces, or place them in a plastic bag and then put it in the trash.
• Litter boxes should be cleaned daily and the dirty litter placed in a plastic bag.
• Your pet's health & pet owners health should be safeguarded by keeping your pet immunized against rabies.
